Conference registration and joining instructions


Registration desks


The registration desks will be located in the Puma (formerly Barcelo) Carlton hotel on the first floor just adjacent to the Highland Suite entrance.  Here you will be able to pick up your conference programme and delegates badges, please do register so we know you are attending the conference for security and insurance purposes.

19th June 2012 7.30pm - 8.30pm
20th June 2012 8.00am – 4.00pm
21st June 2012 8.30am – 4.00pm
22nd June 2012 8.30am – 2.00pm

Panel sessions

The panel sessions will be in one of the three conference hotels, The Scotsman, The Radisson Blu or the Puma (formerly Barcelo) Carlton hotel.  The hotels are located fairly close to each other maximum of 10 minutes to walk between them.  Please ensure you bring an umbrella or water proof jacket as the UK weather can be unpredictable.  The panel rooms will be allocated once the conference programme has been finalised following the conference registration deadline of the 8th June.

Publishers Exhibition (see conference handbook for more information)

The publisher’s exhibition will be located in the Highland suite on the first floor of the Puma (formerly Barcelo) Carlton Hotel.  The exhibition will be open for the duration of the conference.
