We are beginning our preparations for our next annual conference which will take place in Glasgow from 21–23 June 2023. As part of this process, our Conference Chairs, Professor Kurt Mills and Dr Georgina Holmes will be holding a virtual meeting to talk you through the submission and review process for 2023. They will also update you on the conference theme, highlight any important dates to you and be on hand to answer any questions you may have. As you know it is an important part of a convener’s role to review submissions made through your working group track, and it is therefore very important that at least one convener from your working group attend this meeting.

- a. Leading up to submission of papers and panels
- b. Role of chairs, discussants and participants at the conference
- Selection process and panel building
- Demonstration of submission and review process on our event management system
- Promotion of BISA events and activities related to BISA 2023.
