A PhD represents a significant phase in one’s academic ambition and career pursuit. While the PhD journey represents an important milestone, there is a need to plan beyond this journey in extending the impact to the research and academic communities. The aim of this training is to enlighten postgraduate students in the Africa and International Studies Working Group about applying for postdoctoral fellowships, funding sources, modes of application and writing successful grant applications. The training will be delivered by Dr Dung Jidong.
This event is open to all BISA members but is particularly aimed at postgraduate students and postdoctoral researchers.
