This is a joint event with the International Law and Politics Working Group.
This panel discussion brings together a number of academics to examine crucial aspects of Russia's war in Ukraine from an international legal perspective, including the role of the International Criminal Court; how best to prosecute the crime of aggression; Genocide in International Law, and the role of international organisations such as the United Nations and the OSCE.
