Book presentation: Foreign policy aspects of international law
This event introduces a very interesting publication that aims to analyse the interfaces of the international rules’-based order interfacing with the systems of international law and Islamic law in selected conflict theatres around the world. Among others, it covers, foreign policy dynamics, law, politics and diplomacy pertaining to Afghanistan, Kashmir and Palestine-Israel intertwined with aspects of theological reasoning.
