International Political Economy Working Group Book Prize lecture

This year’s IPEG Annual Workshop, taking place at King’s College London on 11-12 May, will be closed by the IPEG Book Prize Lecture, celebrating the winner of the 2022 International Political Economy Group Book Prize, awarded to Capitalism and the Sea: The Maritime Factor in the Making of the Modern World (London: Verso), by Liam Campling (Queen Mary University of London) and Alejandro Colás (Birkbeck, University of London).

Professor Campling and Professor Colás will give a public lecture on their book, for which you are most welcome to join us by registering here. Participants to the IPEG Annual Workshop are not expected to register separately for this event.

The book prize lecture and ensuing Q&A will be followed by a reception.
